All of our recorded messages are in .MSV format which is a Sony message file. It keeps the file size small and allows for quicker uploading / downloading. . To get a program to play this file type there are two options available:
- Sony Message Player plug-in for windows media player, click here
- Sony Message Editor & Player (stand alone software), click here – this program can be used to edit the file as well as convert it to an MP3 format.
